Jeff Norman has been coaching at St. Thomas University since 2004 and has continued his mission to put emphasis on a youth movement being the basis of a winning tradition. Prior to arriving at St.Thomas, Norman was the head softball coach at Hollywood Christian High School where he won three state championships over a seven-year period and six "Small School Coach of the Year" awards. He also works with the Gold Coast Hurricanes Gold travel softball team.

Norman and his wife Jennifer reside in Pembroke Pines. They have two sons, Greg and Brad, and a daughter Lacinda was named to the 2003 NFCA/Louisville Slugger Division II All-America second team while play at the University of Tampa.
