Evans worked well with teammate Diego Paredes in doubles play also, yet this time the fans of the Bobcats finger nails' were spared as the duo won convincingly 8-1. Evans was not the only Bobcat to win every time he stepped on the court against NJIT, Paredes won in singles play also, winning 6-2, 6-4. Acevedo, Marquez and Vazquez scored the other two points for the Bobcats. Acevedo teamed with Marquez to win in doubles play 8-6 and Vazquez won in singles play 6-1, 6-1. The women's (1-8, 1-4 in FSC) team despite their effort, were not as successful as the men's team. Getting the Bobcats on the score board was Hollis Hunt. She won in singles play 6-1, 6-2.
