Miami, Fla - Through two rounds at the Buccaneer Invitational Alejandro Velasquez is the highest individual Bobcat currently in 17th place. The team is currently in 13th at the Invitational played at Westview Country Club.

Velasquez's 146 (73-73) play has been consistent through the two rounds, after the first round he was 18th. The second best Bobcat Je Her 148 (71-77) is currently in 31st. He will be looking to rediscover his first round play which was good enough to tie him for fifth.

The host school Barry University is leading in team play shooting 576 (286-290) through two rounds on the 6,786 yard, par-72 Westview Country Club course. The best individual performance through two rounds was turned in by Lynn University's Patricio Salem, he shot 138 (64-74).

The final round of the tournament will conclude with a 7:45 am shotgun start on Tuesday, April 1.
